Description
Mindfulness is not something mysterious and remote, but something that brings out the truth of our own experience. This weekly drop-in is part of our Contemplative Psychology series.
Mindfulness is something that can be reached only by understanding our experience, by penetrating it right through to its foundations. In each session, we utilize teachings from the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta with modern psychology in order to provide accessible and non-appropriated teachings.
This is an opportunity to ground in your meditation practice OR begin a whole new practice. Learn, reflect, and practice in the community….all are welcome, even if you cannot attend every session or have not attended before.
Wednesdays 2 PM -3 PM MST
***Please note: CHI donations are non-refundable. The only exemption is that if the minimum participant amount is not met for this course, you will get an email asking if you prefer a refund or to transfer your package to the next training date.
