The Four Seals of Buddhism are core philosophical truths that distinguish Buddhist thought from non-Buddhist systems. This course will explore these seals through study, reflection, and practice, aiming to help learners internalize these insights in everyday life. 📖 The Four Seals of Buddhism
1. All compounded things are impermanent.
2. All emotions (or contaminated phenomena) are unsatisfactory (suffering).
3. All phenomena are empty; they lack inherent existence.
4. Nirvana is peace.

📚 Weekly Breakdown

Week 1: Impermanence – “All compounded things are impermanent.”

Week 2: Unsatisfactoriness – “All emotions are suffering.”

Week 3: Emptiness – “All phenomena are empty; they lack inherent existence.”

Week 4: Peace – “Nirvana is peace.”

The full cost for this program is a $249. A three-tier option is available for those who are unable to afford the full course cost.
